Privacy, kept simple.

FrontPage collects as little personal information as possible and uses it only to respond to you and deliver your page. No selling, no surprises, and clear choices about cookies.

Last updated: 12 July 2026. This notice explains how VGJ Digital handles information for FrontPage customers and visitors across the Caribbean. VGJ Digital is based in Jamaica and applies a common privacy standard while respecting mandatory local rights.

Who we are

FrontPage is a product of VGJ Digital, a micro-agency based in Jamaica and serving Caribbean businesses. VGJ Digital is the data controller for information collected through this website. Contact [email protected] for privacy requests.

What we collect

Only what you choose to share with us:

  • Your checkout email, business country and required confirmations used to process the order and send onboarding.
  • Terms acceptance records including timestamps, document versions, IP address and browser information.
  • Business details, links, and images you provide during intake so we can build your FrontPage.
  • Basic, aggregated usage data through analytics tools - but only after you accept analytics cookies. Until then, no analytics cookies are set.

What we never collect

Card and payment details are never collected on this website. Payments are handled through Fygaro, a secure payment gateway, so your payment information stays with the payment provider, not with us.

Cookies and local storage

The first time you visit, we ask what we may store in your browser. Essential storage keeps the site working; analytics is optional and off by default.

cookie-consent-v1Essential (local storage)Remembers the cookie choice you made so we do not ask again.
cookie-banner-dismissed-v1Essential (local storage)Remembers that you closed the cookie notice.
_ga, _ga_*Analytics (cookie)Google Analytics - set only if you accept analytics. Helps us understand how people find and use the site.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer of any page (the floating cookie button also appears until you make a choice). Declining analytics also removes any existing Google Analytics cookies for this site.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss your FrontPage.
  • To build, host, and maintain the page you asked for.
  • To improve how this website serves visitors, using aggregated analytics where you have allowed it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except where needed to deliver your FrontPage (for example, hosting providers) or where the law requires it.

Client profile pages

FrontPage hosts one-page business profiles (for example, Edmond Law and AgriPro). The business information shown on those pages - names, phone numbers, addresses, opening hours - is provided by each client for public display, and each client is responsible for the accuracy of their own page. If your personal information appears on a client page and you want it corrected or removed, contact us and we will act promptly.

Third-party services

FrontPage uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, Supabase for database and private file storage, Resend for transactional email, Fygaro for payment, Google Fonts, the Font Awesome CDN and - only with consent - Google Analytics. These providers may process data outside your country. We limit access to what is needed to deliver and protect the service.

How long we keep information

We keep active customer and profile information while providing the service. Anonymous carts expire automatically. Cancelled profile content is normally available for 30 days. Terms acceptance, payment, tax and audit records are retained as needed to establish the transaction, meet legal or accounting duties and resolve disputes, then securely deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, including Jamaica's Data Protection Act and relevant laws in enabled Caribbean markets, you may ask us:

  • What information we hold about you (access).
  • To correct information that is wrong (rectification).
  • To delete information we no longer need (erasure).
  • To stop using your information for a particular purpose (objection).

Just get in touch and we will sort it out - no forms, no fees, no runaround.
